Your documents. Straight to your inbox.

The EzyFin Chrome extension sends files you select to your company’s inbox without saving them to Downloads first. An existing EzyFin account, company access and an eligible subscription or company entitlement are required.

Send a document

  1. Open the extension and choose Connect EzyFin. Sign in and approve the connection.
  2. Open a file or its source page. Click EzyFin to find files, or right-click a file link and choose Send to EzyFin.
  3. Select the files and click Upload. If you have multiple companies, check the destination and confirm.
  4. Keep the panel open until Uploaded—processing in background appears. You can then close Chrome; server processing continues.

Accepted documents are available to authorized members of the chosen company. EzyFin stores the originals and uses Google Vision and OpenAI for document processing. Review details, confirm splits and send PayTraq drafts separately in EzyFin.

Supported files and viewers

PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP; up to 10 files per upload and 20 MiB per file. PDF processing supports up to 100 pages and retains the complete original.

Direct HTTPS file links, opened Gmail attachments, standalone images, supported embedded viewers and generated files can work when Chrome can retrieve their original bytes. Generated files require their source page to remain open until retrieval finishes.

Some native PDF tabs hide their address. Check this file tab requests optional tab-details access. Chrome calls this “Read your browsing history”; EzyFin uses it only for the selected tab and its explicit source tab, without collecting browsing history.

If a file cannot be retrieved

Interrupted uploads

Reopen the panel and select Resume. Retrieved files can resume for up to 24 hours. If retrieval was unfinished or the source link expired, select the file again. “Uploaded” appears only after durable server acceptance. An identical-file warning does not delete or merge either document.

Disconnect and support

Disconnect revokes the extension connection and clears its temporary files. Previously accepted company documents remain in EzyFin. Connections expire after 30 days or earlier if their linked login session is revoked.
